A few years ago I commenced a plan to build a “Preferred Real Estate Group” in Northern Mason County. This brokerage would give the local buyers and sellers a real estate office that represented this specific area. The number one goal was to build personal relationships with each client our brokerage represented. At the time, a common fault in the real estate industry was “to hang the sign, sell the house and collect the check.”
The big city approach had engulfed our industry and Mason County was hungry for an alternative.
By opening Preferred Real Estate Group, Inc. in Dec. 2005 I changed the way Homebuyers and Sellers interact with Real Estate. As members of the National Association of Realtors our top priority is the ethical backbone that supports our industry.
The agents that have coupled themselves to this Brokerage have been chosen for their ability to produce under pressure and their ability to represent their clients. As the Broker of Preferred Real Estate Group, Inc. I make it very clear that the top priority is the relationship between our Brokerage and our clients. The integrity, honesty and perseverance it takes to be a Preferred Real Estate Agent is hard to find. Though I know you will find these qualities in every agent from my Brokerage.
